General Terms and Conditions
Booking Conditions
- Bookings can be made up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Maximum 2 persons per studio.
- Minimum 2 nights per booking.
- Guests must be at least 18 years old at the start of the period of stay.
- Breakfast is not included and must be requested at least 24 hours ahead, 10 euros p.p.p.d.
- Bankcard payments on site are not possible.
- Rental car is recommended. Parking space is available.
- Advance payment is 25% of the booking amount with a minimum of one night. The balance must be paid 4 days ahead of arrival.
- After receiving your reservation, we will send you confirmation with a payment request. Your advance payment is confirmation of the reservation.
- If the holiday needs to be cancelled because of travel restrictions ordered by the government, we will refund.
- Towel change after 4 days.
- Bed linen change after 7 days.
- Pets not allowed.
Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation of the booking or no-show on the day of arrival will cost 100% of the travel sum.
- Cancellation of the booking from 1 to 4 days before arrival costs 50% of the travel sum.
- Cancellation of the booking from 14 to 5 days before arrival will cost the advance payment.
- If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, the advance payment will be refunded.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: between 15:00 - 20:00 h
- Check-out: before 11:00 h.
- Variations may be made with consultation.
